It has been great to see everyone enjoying the pool this season!  The new shade covers are getting plenty of use, and the new webbing on the chairs definitely makes them more comfortable.  To help all residents get maximum enjoyment out of the pool, please be familiar with and follow the pool rules (see full rules).

Our pool does not have a lifeguard, so the following rules are particularly important to ensure that all swimmers are safe and that children and young adults are appropriately chaperoned.

• No person under the age of 14 will be allowed in the swimming pool unless accompanied by an adult 18 years or older who assumes responsibility for that person.
• Guests must be accompanied at all times.  Homeowners/residents will be responsible for all actions of their guests.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult homeowner/resident 18 years or older who assumes responsibility for that person.
